COVID-19 INFORMATION

We understand that public health and overall safety will play a significant role in many aspects of social events and cultural life for many years to come.

 

As standard, our business has always, consistently placed health and safety considerations at the very forefront of our operations. Especially with the level of complexity required for the safe and pleasurable running of public bathing services, and consequent H&S and hygiene challenges.

 

The expertise we have gained from operating at large events and festivals for over ten years, means that we are extremely confident that we are in the best position to adapt to the shifting guidelines and a (post) Covid environment.

 

Most of the activities and areas at PAUS are outdoors and situated within a large site which means that there is plenty of space for everyone, even with social distancing measures in place.

 

Aside from additional Covid-related regulations which may need to be implemented, here are some of our H&S protocols which we will adhere to, to ensure the upmost safety of all our guests and staff on a daily basis.

 

  1. COVID secure Risk Assessments carried out on every aspect of the site

  2. Regular space/facilities layout analysis, including pathways/routes/flow between areas. Particular attention will be paid to indoor areas such as changing rooms, the Hilltop Bistro and the Studio.

  3. Informative and welcoming safety stewarding

  4. Increased cleaning procedures at every touch point and PPE worn/provided where necessary

  5. Track & Trace details collected for all visitors (maintaining any data protection policies)

 

Refund policy (our standard policy applies):

 

Bathing packages/ Meadows tickets/ Events or activities booked via the PAUS website
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. This means that if you are unable to attend any of the booked activities/we need to postpone them we will reschedule your session (subject to availability). Alternatively, we can issue a Gift Voucher for the value of your booking.

 

Workshops/ Retreats/ Events or activities provided by external partners
The refund policy for specific workshops, retreats or events is at the discretion of each provider. We will be working closely with our partners to ensure that tickets can be rescheduled, exchanged or postponed so you can book with confidence
