BAREFOOT SENSORY TRAIL

Embrace the sensations
Our one-kilometre barefoot trail is a great way to ground yourself and have fun. 'Earthing' is proven to ease stress, soothe anxiety and encourage restful sleep.
Close your eyes, meander across dewy grass and enjoy feeling different natural, recycled materials underneath your toes, Embrace the messy mud, tingling gravel and warming red cedar sawdust.
One of our guests returned smiling on his muddy feet: “I feel like a naughty child“
Access is for bathing and Bistro guests only. There is no public right of way through the site, so access to the Barefoot Trail is exclusively for our guests. No booking is required for the trail itself, but we recommend booking your bathing experience and/or Bistro visit in advance.
