Bookings are non-refundable but are transferable. This means that if you are unable to attend any of the booked activities (or we need to postpone them) we will reschedule your session subject to availability.  Alternatively you can be refunded in the form of a gift voucher.

All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the booking starts.  The gift voucher will be issued via email to the original booking email address, please allow up to 5 working days from date of cancellation to be issued a voucher.

 

We regret that we will be unable to issue a voucher for your session if you cancel less than 48 hours before your visit, in which case the best thing to do is transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
